Komax PC 333 Lead Maker
One of the most modern machines available it can cut and produce up to 5,000 pieces per hour delivering terminated, inkjet marked, tinned and twisted wire to customer’s specification.
Komax Alpha 411
Another versatile machine, with all the facilities of the PC 333 as well as updated software. In addition the Alpha incorporates twin tinning stations.
These three machines can be centrally programmed and help facilitate production flexibility.
Ramatech Speedy 35 and Dereeler ABW800/300
One of the foremost machines in the world for cutting and stripping electrical wire. It handles cable with outer diameters from 4 to 35mm (up to 150mm2) and is particularly efficient at processing heavy-duty cable and multicores. It is fully programmable, produces less waste, handles longer strip lengths easily and copes well cutting cable where the copper is out of sync with the insulation.
Stapla Ultrasonic Welding Machine
Provides solid, homogeneous and lasting joints that are ideal for splicing wires, as it provides excellent electric conductivity, no brittle material or excess weld with minimal power input. Will weld wires up to 25mm2.
Schleuniger Power Strip 9500
Pre-programmable machine that is able to cut, strip and inkjet mark wires up to 16mm2.
Schleuniger Strip Crimp 750 (x2)
Electro-pneumatic stripping and crimping machine. Electronically set to process all banded contacts in connection with stranded or single wire conductors with gauges of 0.03mm2 to 4mm2.
