Test And Pack

Our inspection and testing capability supports our electronics manufacturing processes and harness manufacture and helps ensure customers receive working product on time, every time. We utilise Cirrus testing facilities for our wiring harnesses and AOI as standard on our PCB assembly lines. Bespoke functional test suites can be designed and manufactured for PCB assembly, wiring harness continuity and full product testing. Once our customer has outlined their full requirement for testing and documentation, we will develop the processes and equipment to deliver tested production assemblies to match.

Assemblies are shipped all over the world so our packing and packaging has to be fit for that purpose. Again we match our customer requirements for handling and protection of their products with robust procedures and the right quality of packaging to complete the job.
