Wiring Harnesses

Darlington EMS is responding to industry advances by developing and enhancing wiring harness manufacture and automating as much of the assembly process as possible.

Perhaps the best description of our approach to assembly is embodied in the concept of “Total Wiring Solutions” built with the latest manufacturing technology and a constant eye on quality and rigorous testing.

To achieve cost effectiveness, quality and consistency we maximise the automation of our cable handling techniques. This, along with a suite of over 60 crimp application tools and a fast track turnaround of new tooling, helps us maintain a unique flexibility to fulfil a wide variety of projects.

We can quickly turn around both quotations and production ready documentation from either a drawing or a sample. If a sample is provided we can supply in return a full suite of CAD documentation, often improving the wiring in the process.
